Is Acenzo Export limited to selling the products displayed on its website?
No. Acenzo Export can be a sourcing agent of foreign buyers who might need food/beverage products not displayed in its website. In fact, we also export non-food items such as home furnishings and handicraft products.

What are the payment terms and conditions acceptable to Acenzo Export?
Payments can be made in two ways: (1) 100% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) of invoiced value within one week of our receipt of proforma invoice signed by buyer’s authorized signatory, or (2) Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight which must again be received within one week of our receipt of proforma invoiced signed by the buyer.

How long does it take for the buyer to receive his/her goods?
Production time vary according to the volume of an order.

The answer is applicable to both food and non-food products. but usually for non-food products, production lead time is 30 to 45 days.
